We specialize in Mesquite Charcol Rotisserie Chicken as well as Lomo Saltados, Chaufas, Tallarin Saltados and Ceviches (Lomo Saltado)- Pieces of Beef with onions tomatoes and cilantro all sauteed together cooked on a wok to perfection. We make Lomos with Chicken, Shirmp and Seafood as well. (Chaufa)- Peruvian version of fried rice, we cook it with either Beef, Chicken, Shrimp or Seafood as well cook to perfection on our wok.
