Appraisals are needed to obtain insurance, settle an estate, dissolve a marriage, buy or sell and object or just because you would like to know the value. This company is a member of The American Society of Appraisers. Fees are by the hour or a flat rate and never done on appraised value. The official appraisal report may take from four to eight weeks and can be used to verify value for insurance claims. The minimum fee is $225.00 an hour and other cost may be determined by agreement.
