In the past 7 years, I've worked worth just about every type of person there is and created a custom plan to help them reach their goals. From underweight females, to overweight men, to even NFL athletes, I've worked with a diverse group of people.
Specialties
I specialize in helping to decrease fat and increase lean muscle. Workouts are high intensity, :30 sessions. Every day is different. I focus on muscle confusion and keeping the body guessing.
