History
We began after an oil spill, coming together to care for wildlife that had no protection or help but our early home self taught rehabilitators. In 1987 we joined together as a non-profit. in 2007 we established a Rehabilitation Center in Morro Bay, CA. By 2015 we were accepting nearly 3,000 birds, land mammals, and reptiles a year, but with numbers increasing every year.
