Over the past 15 years, Teddy has lived & traveled to many different countries and tasted the most exquisite cuisine and over 100 Ramen restaurants from Japan, Malaysia, Korea, Taiwan, Vietnam, Thailand, and Singapore. This inspired Teddy to work with two-time Michelin recommended Chef KJ and introduce America to the true nostalgic harmony of flavors of authentic Ramen, only comparable to the most revered restaurants found in Fukuoka, Japan.
