Formerly Outliers Collective, OutCo was the first licensed dispensary in San Diego County and has been in continual operation in the same location since 2014. OutCo also has an on-site cultivation, extraction, and manufacturing facility; making it the only dispensary in San Diego County with on-site seed-to-sale products.
