Oroville High School provides academic education to students in grades nine through 12. The school s curriculum includes English, math, foreign languages, history, geography, science, social studies, and visual and performing arts. Additionally, the school offers advanced placement courses in English, economics, biology, algebra, French and Spanish. It also offers courses in fashion and Web designing, business, agriculture, accounting, marketing, computer applications, journalism and world history. Additionally, the school provides extracurricular activities, such as music, band and choir, and offers student support services. The high school has a library and media center that provides a large collection of curriculum books, research material, audiovisual aids and access to the Internet. Oroville High School provides various sports activities, such as football, soccer, cross country, basketball, gymnastics, swimming and tennis. The school, located in Oroville, Calif., enrolls more than 1,100 students. It is a part of the Oroville Union High School District. The high school also provides physical and special education, and the Regional Occupation Program.
