OC Yoga Space was founded in 2012 with a simple mission: 1. To create an environment of calm, balance and unity through the practice of yoga 2. To bring awareness to the connection between body, mind and spirit 3. To make yoga accessible to the community 4. To encourage a life of health and wellness for all 5. To inspire the masses to share the practice of yoga with others Led by head instructor Karen Spaeder, a certified yoga instructor and first-degree Black Belt in karate, our new yoga program is ideal for beginning yoga practitioners, athletes, martial artists and anyone with a desire to live life to its fullest. At OC Yoga Space, we make it easy to get started in yoga and rapidly experience the benefits of stress reduction, weight loss or maintenance, increased flexibility and strength, muscle tone and more.
