History
Oak Creek Counseling Centers were originally developed as a place for those needing to practice counseling on their way to becoming a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. As a way for those who request therapy to be able to receive it at a reasonable cost. We are a nonprofit organization.
Specialties
We are a counseling center that is staffed with trainees and associates on their way to becoming licensed Marriage and Family Therapists. We are supervised by Steve Polin LMFT#7861 Walk-ins are welcome Monday and Friday. We have 2 kid groups/parent groups on Saturdays. The first group is from 9am-11am and for children with special needs (ADHD/Autism), and at the same time there is a parent group running. Then we have kids of single parents that runs from 12pm-2pm with a parent group running as well. The cost is $5 per child and $15 per parent; they are both on going. Our Trainees: Kathy is looking at working with adolescents to young adults and women's issues, but is open to all who seek help. Justin is open to any and all who seek help. Bernard wants to focus on men's issues, therapy for men is done differently than with women, but he too is open to working with anyone. We have a sliding scale, and if you have Kaiser, your fee would be $45. We can fit a therapist to your availability. Call Today to Schedule an Appointment!
