HistoryWasenshi Kan was formed to make Danzan Ryu Jujitsu accessible to everyone. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, staffed by volunteer instructors, and offer top notch instruction at affordable prices. We offer many types of discounts, but don't mistake our low prices for the quality of our teaching. We teach because we love the art of jujitsu and the benefits that it brings to everyone who takes the time to study it. We teach the traditional style of jujitsu as developed by Master Henry S. Okazaki. Master Okazaki, in addition to being a master martial artist, was also famous for his skills as a healer. The school's curriculum is designed to help adults and children achieve their highest potential in traditional martial arts as well as help them reach their goals in the healing arts. * No experience necessary to start! * High quality, low cost instruction in Danzan Ryu Jujitsu * School Head has over 30 years of experience in the martial arts * All of our volunteer black belt instructors are nationally certified and background checked by the American Judo & Jujitsu Federation * Classes available for adults and children ages 7/up.
