We specialize in qualified retirement plans for small businesses (1 to 100 employees), and we work closely with the employer's accountant and financial advisor to ensure accurate plan valuations and fiduciary compliance. Our services include retirement plan design and set-up, preparing required annual plan reports and valuations, trust accounting, employer contribution calculations, preparing participant statements, performing required plan compliance and discrimination testing, and preparing required government reporting forms such as the Form 5500. Offering a qualified retirement plan is a crucial tool for employers to attract and retain the best employees possible. We design plans that greatly benefit business owners and their key employees by utilizing tax-deductible contributions.
