Not not places left in Oakland have a reasonable vape liquid selection. Their prices are reasonable. Don't be fooled by the guy behind the counter being young, they provide great service.

Tobacco Road is a block from bart. T.R. looks more like a snack shop than a smoke shack. at the rear stands a humidorized dedicated tobacco room. there's a few dozen kinds of 'gars from a dozen...
