I can pick it up from you anywhere in Santa Clarita valley, you can stop my place to drop it off, you can just mail me. I provide free troubleshooting and diagnostics for your device, it doesn't matter what type of device is. It's always free and never start to repair without getting your approval. If there is something away beyond my skills or requires specialization. No worries I got you covered, I use my own network for you, and I do know most of the gurus in various fields in tech industry, happy to escalate your problem to them any time. No hard feelings. I do not add any profit on the part cost that is required for your repair Yes It's true. I use my own vendor network that I order repair parts frequently based on my real-life experience. I also share all the cost involved with your repair clearly. Don't hesitate to ask how much does parts going to cost. My profit is basically my labor fee, I promised myself to provide as much as minimum cost to my customers. I don't work with hourly rate which I found not super fair for the people. You can find me spending tens of hours on your repair but only charge you an hour cost :)
