History
New Morning is a highly experienced non-profit 501(c)3 organization that has provided a safety net of services to at-risk youth and their families on the Western Slope of El Dorado County, CA for 42 years. New Morning is the largest provider of professional counseling services for youth and, since 1976, the county's primary agency for serving runaway and homeless youth. Our service area is expansive, covering both rural and suburban areas of the county. Services are offered at over 20 locations. Our new 12-bed emergency youth shelter is located off of Placerville Drive just a mile from Highway 50.
