Those heels that they insisted on having me bring back were 3'' heels!! I'm literally standing in a stool wtf is 3" heels gonna do to this?

I was very pleased with the service here. I have had my UGG boots for years and they look amazing ! It only took a week !

This is what they gave me! It even looks longer? How is that even possible!

I'm just hoping the owners see what is going on and rectify this situation with me ASAP.
