Owner Nelson Scott was raised in Marin County from the age of eleven. The first apprenticeship he had was with De Witt Appleton Construction at age 12.A fascination with home building that began in the early years of his life evolved into a career manifested in the family owned Nelson Painting co. Nelson was Licensed in 1991 after a 5 yr apprenticeship with his uncle Gary Appleton at the Cove Apartments in Tiburon, Ca A family-owned and operated business in Marin County for more than 20 years, Nelson Painting provides comprehensive residential and commercial painting and restoration services. From small one-room interior jobs to large-scale commercial projects, our mission is to make the process of painting enjoyable for our clients. Protecting the largest investment that most families or business owners have is a responsibility that we take seriously.
