In January 2012, Founder & NannyO's Grandson, Stu Carson, attend the International Winter Fancy Food Show in San Francisco. Stu tasted every pickle at the show, and there was nothing as high quality and delicious as what he was producing. Inspired it was on the way home that the vision was set to make NannyO's household brand name for a simply delicious country gourmet foods.
