The Music Spectrum is a unique business located near downtown San Rafael and the Canal district. Operating since 1985, they offer private rehearsal space to musicians and bands ranging in size from 60 to 300 square feet. Tenants have 24 hour access to their space. There is some opportunity of some limited storage space.
