History
I began training friends for free in high school, and every person showed improvement and progress in both muscle gain and strength. In the beginner stage of my fitness career, I spent many hours on researching scientifically proven concepts in fitness, including proper lifting technique, the science behind weight loss and general nutrition, exercise selection for proper programming, and more. Throughout college, I continued to train people and expand my knowledge, and everyone I have worked with has been satisfied with their progress and results. I went on to obtain my Personal Training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and later my Nutrition Coach certification as well. I began working at the YMCA in 2019 as a Fitness Coach and Personal Trainer, helping people with their health and fitness goals professionally.
Specialties
I specialize in lifting weights, particularly bodybuilding and powerlifting. Other specialties include weight loss and nutritional coaching. I will teach you everything you need to know when it comes to lifting weights properly, safely, and effectively. I will also help you with your nutrition, whether you want to lose weight, or gain muscle. Whatever your health and fitness goals are, I will help you on your journey to achieve them.
