Our achievements some from higher education and some come from on-the-job experience over 38 years and if I was faced with failure, change the direction to more successful path. Collectively, I believe that education can be boiled down into philosophies that startup founders can use to more effectively grow their businesses. I continuously recruit and retain outstanding people and cultivate employee loyalty. Employees that don't feel like a valued or be a part of our company they seek other jobs. we are listening to our customers, competitors, partners and employees to really understand which direction our company should be going to make them happy.
