In our Workshop for New Fathers, veteran dads and their new infants mentor fathers-to-be in diapering, feeding, swaddling, bathing, etc.

MOMS Orange County Maternal Child Health Coordinators provide monthly in-home prenatal health screenings and education.

We offer Mommy & Me classes for 3-5, 6-11 and 12-17 months to teach activities that stimulate babies' mental and physical development.

In Childbirth Preparation classes, couples can learn about pregnancy anatomy, preparation for labor and delivery, medication and anesthesia.

New mothers are invited to attend weekly breastfeeding and support groups to share with and support each other.

Couples participate in Prenatal Education classes where they learn about fetal development, prenatal care, exercise and self-care.
