Mental Wealth and Physical Health is what MohamedXFit is all about. As a former NFL athlete I realize the importance of training the mind as well as the body because your body cannot go where your mind cannot go. My approach to training is all about empowering your mind and giving you the Mental Wealth, which will in turn empower your body and improve your Physical Health. Mental Wealth is a state of mind in which you are in complete control of your thoughts, emotions, and actions. Once you have Mental Wealth nothing can stop you from accomplishing whatever you set your mind to because you will be unstoppable!
