History
Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, Michelle had her first taste of the food business early in her dad's restaurant - the famed Alice's on the Malibu Pier. She went on to participate in Malibu Cooks Tour, a fundraising event featuring Malibu real estate, architecture, art, and cuisine by local prominent chefs and restaurants. Her crab cakes soon gained a cult following and eventually led her to start Michelle's Malibu Meals. Michelle lives and breathes her food + life philosophy of enjoying everything in moderation, letting the ingredients speak for themselves, and celebrating the dinner table as a forum for making new friends and cherishing the old.
