History
I have been a therapist since 2004 and have worked with men, women, and children of diverse cultures and backgrounds. Before becoming an MFT, I was a research specialist in a University of Wisconsin-Madison lab and an autism specialist in Wisconsin, British Columbia, and California. I hold the values of acceptance, responsibility, and hope within my work. I support you to feel successful during therapy and help you seek change and leave unhealthy patterns behind. I take a holistic approach to wellness and relationships because you cannot have a healthy mind without a healthy body and environment. Everything is connected. My focus is on your personal and relational goals, but factors such as diet, exercise, intellect, and community are also important to consider. My greatest asset is my flexible style. I let you choose the pace and progression of your counseling.
