Michael Dequine and Associates, Inc prepared constraints mapping and lotting studies for this 36 acre site in the unincorporated area of Butte County, California. Field surveying services were provided to establish on site topography and other development constraints. A comprehensive base map was compiled and several lotting study concepts were prepared. This project included applications for a General Plan Amendment, Re-zoning, and a Tentative Subdivision Map to subdivide the property into 227 single family residential lots. The map provides for two distinct product types as well as extensive open space, walking trails, pedestrian bridge crossings, on site detention, and park areas.
