History
Dr Michael Pierce Dr Pierce graduated valedictorian from Life Chiropractic College West in 1990. Before chiropractic, Dr. Pierce was a structural engineer working on pipeline and steel structures. Unsatisfied, he chose to do something more positive for society and the environment. Having had chiropractic care at age 11 to eliminate his allergies and at 20 for a disc injury from rugby, chiropractic was a natural choice. For the first eight years, Dr Pierce focused on sports injuries, nutrition and rehabilitation. His patients include prep, college, professional and Olympic athletes. Looking for greater challenges, Dr Pierce devoted himself to numerous postgraduate studies to master wellness care. Successful, and overbooked, he added Bari Mandelbaum, board certified nutritionist. Bari graduated from Stanford and Bowman College of Nutrition. She is an author, lecturer, and nutrition instructor.
