I am a true believer in fate and taking charge of your own fate. In 2014, I moved from Arizona to California, and was determined to make my dreams come true. My family is originally from Zacatecas, Mexico. I have always dreamed of owning my own restaurant and bringing authentic food, tastes, and culture to everyone I serve. I fulfilled my dream and in 2014, I opened a business in my home selling traditional gorditas with my mother's recipe. In June 2015, I had the opportunity to open my own restaurant. My passion is to showcase traditional Zacatecas food and culture through my culinary creations. My food offers customers the opportunity to experience authentic, Mexican cooking that reminds you of home. We will also offer healthier dishes. Depending on the time of the year, customers can experience traditional Mexican dishes. An example of this is during Lenten season.
