Mezli is the brainchild of a set of start-up founders with a passion for food and Chef Eric Minnich, former Chef de Cuisine of Michelin-starred Madera. Bogged down by time spent cooking and the high prices of take-out, Mezli's founders have made it their mission to find a better way to eat healthy, convenient and affordable food. With Chef Eric's expertise and their technical know-how, they've built a robotic restaurant that serves healthy, fresh Mediterranean grainbowls, made to order.
