Dennis Umali started as a Recruiter for the legal field in 1989. In 1995 he became a Technical Recruiter, recruiting Software Engineers, Network Engineers, IT/IS Managers as well as Web Developers. When 9/11 occurred, the Technology Industry took a nose dive, and started laying people off. The country went into a recession and many companies did not want to hire...except for the Manufacturing and Aerospace/Defense industry. Dennis decided to transition his services to a new industry where he knew he could be of service to. Since 2001, Dennis has been servicing the Aerospace/Defense industry in Southern California. In 2004, Dennis was recruited by the largest Search Firm in the Country, Manpower Inc. Dennis became the top producer for the State of California and was #5 in the country for Manpower Inc. In 2005 Dennis decided to branch of on his own, and started Matrix Business Group.
