HistoryThe Firm is located in the heart of downtown Old Carlsbad, housed in a historical late 1800's cottage. The Firm focuses the majority of its work in San Diego, Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside, Imperial and San Bernardino Counties but also takes cases nationwide. A large number of cases come from repeat clients and customer referrals. Mr. Kelsall is the managing partner responsible for the daily operations, management and performance of legal services. When Mr. Kelsall started his practice 15 years ago, he provided legal services focusing mainly on transactional matter and the defense of lawsuits. However, the Firm has diversified its legal practice to include a substantial amount of plaintiffs' work, comprising approximately 50% of the Firm's caseload. To date the most successful area of the Firm's practice has been Plaintiffs'' work.
