The Founder of Malina Fitness , Tamilla Averyakina, had a vision to create a program that will help people around the Bay Area to get fit and stay healthy by changing their lifestyles and nutritional habits . After working at Club One and PJCC for many years, in 2007, she started her own Personal training business Neo Fitness Approach, training diverse clientele at their houses, parks and corporations. Two years later she opened her private Personal Training studio in Belmont. When business grew up, in 2012, she changed its name on Malina Fitness and moved in the bigger location.

We re specializing in Personal Training as well as in Group Fitness Classes. Our programs are Weight Loss, Corrective Exercise, Body Conditioning, Flexibility, Strength and Cardiovascular Endurance. Our Certified Trainers are highly qualified fitness professionals with years of experience in teaching and helping our fitness family members to achieve their goals and to live their lives to the fullest.
