While many trainers are able to give you lists of exercises to do, they lack the knowledge of fitness as a total package of nutrition, proper technique, and exercise. Because of my background in fitness as well as PhD in biochemistry with clinical research experience, training with me, clients become educated as well as get significant physical results.
