Lucky Smog Center is a test only station. Centrally located in the Monument Automotive Center, the Lucky Smog Center takes about an hour to perform tests in order to send a pass or fail cerification to the DMV. Business owner Shah Ashraf Arakozie keeps Saturday hours as well.
