Lucille's Smokehouse Bar-B-Que is the result of three generations of hard work. With recipes that originated down South and migrated to Long Beach after World War II, Lucille's offers authentic, homemade-style cooking. Slow-smoking is the way at Lucille's. All meats receive lots of time in the smoker, with the pork roast leading the pack at a whopping 10 to 12 hours. Entertainment is another key feature.
