The Long Beach Grunions are a fun, high energy USMS swim team promoting diversity and inclusion. We offer a supportive swim environment with helpful coaches and workouts for swimmers of all skill levels. Outside the pool, our social events and fundraisers are great opportunities to meet your teammates and make new friends.
