Gabriel Tuft is the Director of Municipal E-Commerce, LLC and has extensive experience in the public sector. A graduate of California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, Mr. Tuft previously worked for PBS&J as an extension of staff for the City of Dana Point and the County of Riverside. While staffed at the City of Dana Point, he was in charge of revising and reorganizing the Public Works' Permitting Department in order to operate more efficiently. This required coordination with all branches of the City Government. Additionally, in his time at the City of Dana Point, he aided in the completion and management of numerous Capital Improvement Projects, City Council Agendas, Staff Reports, State and Federal Grant procurements, City Budgeting, and various pubic relations projects. In the private sector, Mr. Tuft was the CEO of a development firm that specialized in permit procurement and expedition of the entire permitting process. This included Site Development Permits,
