History
I started training in January of 2019 in my outdoor gym. It began with a desire to be active and immerse myself in fitness, and spread to the joy of helping other women reach their best selves. Liz Get Fit grew quickly through word of mouth. I train group classes as well as private sessions and partner sessions.
Specialties
As a fitness instructor, wife, and mother of two, I understand your workouts need to be efficient and effective. I am here to help you feel like the best version of yourself. I train outdoors in my Thousand Oaks gym, complete with dumbbells, a cable machine, a rack and barbell, bands, and sled. :) I always meet you where you are in your journey, focusing on resistance training to improve strength and thus body composition. My goal is for you to end each workout feeling so much stronger than when you started: mentally, physically, and emotionally. Always remember: You are stronger than you think!
