History

I moved to the Monterey Peninsula from Ventura county in 2008. I love the beautiful little town of Pacific Grove and decided to open my studio there.The business has continued to grow with excellent teachers and eager to learn clients.

Specialties

We study and practice Pilates in small groups or one on one with an instructor. Pilates is appropriate for all shapes and sizes and can be tailored to your specific needs.

Leslie has a little studio in Pacific Grove which is highly equipped for Pilates. She is very particular to locate all the parts of the body for a great workout. She really knows her business.
