History
Monica started her dream of becoming a personal trainer in 2006 where she started helping women achieve their ideal body by strength & conditioning. Lifestyle Fitness was propelled forward by women wanting to train with women. In May of 2008 Monica got a commercial gym opportunity in Irvine and has been an independent trainer since. With the tools she had learned from her certification at NCCPT and EXOS strength & conditioning courses she has been able to design programs for her clients to hit there goal and give her clients the guidance to make fitness a lifestyle.
