Inspired by her own healing, Laura developed a passion for alignment, movement and proprioception. Through a devoted yoga and movement practice she realized the potential to heal the self, and hopes to share that perspective with all of her clients. Laura attended CofC studying Biology and Environmental Studies, finding a career as culinary gardener, and fine dining employee. In 2017, Laura completed the 600 hour program at Asheville School of Massage and Yoga, studying 12 varieties of classic and modern massage modalities. Soon after, she acquired training in neuromuscular therapy and myofascial release.
