in 1991,Beyond Training worked with corporations to teach their staff computer skills (pre-Windows: DOS, WordPerfect, Lotus 123, etc.). In 2001, Beyond Training changed it's name to Level 2 Technology, and offered full-service IT and training to corporations an individuals. In 2005, we shifted our focus to Managed Services, where we offer an array of technology services, including Remote Management and Monitoring (RMM). Focusing on identifying and preventing IT issues before they became problems. This also enabled us to offer support remotely, and gave us the ability to connect to end-users' computers and work with the end user to resolve problems or provide assistance and training.
