The staff is so rude!!! Why put this people infront when they dont know how to deal or talk nicely. They are not welcoming and bery intimidating. They need to be trained on how to do costumer service

Service has improved a lot from way back since being a customer. Obviously a result of training by Human Resources. Staff and personnel are more customer friendly and go out of their way to assist.
