After obtaining her BA from The University of California, Berkeley, Ms. McAleer enjoyed a successful career in publishing as an Associate Editor for a well-known publisher. Her interest in copyright law prompted her to go to law school, where she earned the Justice Kennedy scholarship and other academic honors. After law school Linda opened this firm and has been helping people by protecting their homes, cars, and personal assets while discharging debt through the bankruptcy process. Her firm also protects and defends intellectual property rights through trademark and copyright registration and defense. Rounding out our consumer protection focus, we provide plaintiff's personal injury representation for those injured in motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, dog bites, and other calamities.
