HistorySoulmate Coaching began in 2003 as a project of the Body Temple Institute, a holistic health education organization I created while in grad school. I have since earned my MA in Holistic Health Education, as well as certifications in both NLP coaching and in hypnotherapy. After launching my practice, I quickly realized that my niche was helping people resolve conflict in intimate relationships. I have since helped hundreds of people explore their thoughts, beliefs, and patterns of relating, enabling them to better navigate the dating/relationship terrain.
