Lakeside Fire Protection District, 8950 Cottonwood Ave, Santee, CA 92071, US

Santee Fire Station #4 is situated in central Santee near Los Colinas. The entire firefighting force of Santee includes 49 fire fighters, of which nine are on call at Station #4 at any given time. This location is also home to the fleet maintenance station. Someone is available at the station at all hours of the day and night, unless out on a call. The Santee Fire Deparment's mission statement is to "protect life and property in our community through aggressive fire suppression, public education and emergency medical services, with leadership and professionalism." Equipment at this station includes a 1996 Simon-LTI ladder truck, 1996 International Type 3 Pumper brush fire engine, 2004 Pierce Arrow XT Type 1, Triple Combination Pumper fire engine and 2004 North Star Type III Ambulance.
