In 1998, the need to learn about strength training to help a swim team in the weight room during off season is what began Mychael on his journey to training and Elite Physiques. In 2007, the journey from personal trainer, to business owner/trainer began. Initially working out of parks, beaches and any place public to avoid overhead was the only option for a new father with a passion for helping individuals reach their health goals.
