La Mesa Adult Enrichment Center offers various activities for senior citizens throughout the San Diego area. This facility offers education and recreational events, such as health screenings, exercise, swimming lessons and dance. Some dance and fitness classes for children are also available. Transportation services are offered through the Rides4Neighbors volunteer program as well as discount fares through the Discount Taxi Program.
