Kwan's Framing, located next door to the Social and Cognitive Learning Center on 3rd Street, is a small, locally owned custom framing shop. It specializes in custom frame jobs for delicate Asian art; the owner finds that a lot of Asian art is often displayed on a special, very thin, very fragile paper that is difficult to mount and frame without damaging. In addition to its custom framing services, it has a small gallery of art on display; most of it is art that the owner has gathered while abroad.
