History
I have been a teacher since 1982, working with brain injured populations when Back In The Saddle Rehab Residence in Apple Valley, CA sent their patients to me while teaching dance and fitness at Victor Valley Community College. I began to work with sound and imagery as a means to access hand movements and body awareness lost after a traumatic brain injury. This progressed into dance as a therapeutic expression, martial arts as another modality to access a former motor capability. I was introduced to the work of Alfred Tomatis in 2003 worked for a few companies until I created my own company King Sound Voice and Movement, Inc. In 2009. In 2011 I opened up One For All Healing Arts Center with two amazing business partners an OT and a PT and we ran and operated OFA for 5 years in Culver City, CA. We closed our doors 12/31/16. I am currently working with clients in the home and in intensives designed in 3 week sessions separated by 4 wk integration then another 3 weeks of listening.
