Gateview is a tall condominium community on the west side of Albany Hill. It overlooks the Bay with breathtaking views. The community has its own homeowner's association by which it serves its residents and prospective residents with paperwork. The residential community is managed by Real Manage, and has a number of committees, such as an architectural review committee, a recreation/social committee, and a finance committee. Community amenities include 24-hour security, packages received and held for residents at the security office, a pool, two tennis courts, a gym, sauna, hot tub/spa, a clubhouse, cable-tennis room, large and inexpensive laundry rooms for residents, basic cable included in the monthly dues, and bike racks next to the security office.
